Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and versatile  ML & DL, Python Educator, and AI Product Developertions Developer to join our team in New Mumbai. This full-time role offers a unique blend of teaching, project mentorship, and real-world AI product development. You will engage in three core areas:

1. Teaching & Mentorship: Provide instruction in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Python programming.

2. Project Mentoring: Guide students as they apply their skills to practical projects.

3. AI Product Development: Collaborate on AI initiatives for our partner companies  (Assessfy, Seagull, and Municampus), including autograding systems, recommender systems, intelligent interview evaluations, and personalized learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Mentorship:

   • Deliver lectures, workshops, and hands-on labs on Python, machine learning, deep learning, and AI.

   • Develop and update course materials, exercises, and projects to ensure a robust learning experience.

   • Support students through one-on-one mentoring, helping them build and apply their skills.

2. Project Mentoring:

   • Supervise student projects, guiding them on applying ML/DL techniques to solve real-world problems.

   • Advise students on project design, data handling, model building, and troubleshooting.

   • Facilitate students’ growth in problem-solving and critical-thinking skills through practical, hands-on projects.

3. AI Product Development:

   • Work on AI-driven products for Assessfy, Seagull, and Municampus, focusing on:

     • Autograding of assessments using generative AI.

     • Job and profile recommender systems.

     • Video recommendation systems.

     • Intelligent interview evaluation systems.

     • Personalized learning platforms and intelligent LMS.

   • Design, implement, and deploy ML/DL models and pipelines for these solutions.

   • Stay current on advancements in AI, generative AI, and large language models to incorporate innovative approaches into product development.

Required Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in Python, SQL, ML, DL, NLP, statistics, and linear algebra.

• ML/DL Frameworks: Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow for model development and deployment.

• Cloud Services: Familiarity with Azure ML and AWS ML for AI deployment.

• AI Specializations: Expertise in generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

• Hands-On Product Development: Demonstrated experience in AI product design, deployment, and integration.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring in Python, ML, or DL.

• Background in product development within education or recruitment technology.

• Strong communication skills with a passion for education and guiding learners.
