About Job:

• Designation: Corporate Alliance Manager for mUni Seagull
• Salary Range: 3.6 LPA - 12.0 LPA
• Experience: Candidates with 0-5 years of experience can apply.
• Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors / Masters any stream can apply
• Pass-out candidates from 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 batches can apply.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Freshers will be on the training period of 3 months

Key responsibilities:

• Building strategy for making mUni Seagull the de facto platform for campus recruitment worldwide.
• Communicate with Campus recruitment teams, and talent acquisition team over LinkedIn, phone, zoom, and email for fixing meetings/demos.
• Meet in person or over zoom to Campus recruitment teams, and talent acquisition teams and demonstrate how mUni Seagull can transform their campus recruitment/ early career hiring.
• Create proposals to suit clients' requirements
• Onboarding corporate recruiters on the seagull platform for managing their campus placement and internship requirements.
• Organize and participate in campus recruitment, HR events, and webinars for awareness in the market.
• Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with your customers: Corporate, Universities, and Colleges.
• Maintain strategic relationships with Corporate, Universities, and Colleges.
• Get regular feedback from clients & Competition and pass it to the product development team for enhancing the features.
• Meet revenue targets.

If you have prior work exposure in the Placement/ corporate alliance department in any reputed university/ college or handled corporate onboarding with any online job platforms will get a preference.
