The study of organizational Management & behaviour analyses and interprets behaviour in work organizations. It is envisaged to explore the applications of behavioural sciences within work organizations for effective utilization of human resources. The science of organizational behaviour is founded on disagreement, controversy and alternative viewpoints and integrated with situational contingencies to understand behaviour at work.
This course helps one to take a system approach. It interprets people-organization relationships in terms of the whole person, whole group, whole organization, and whole social system. Its purpose is to build better relationships by achieving human objectives, organizational objectives, and social objectives.
