▪ May involve one or more of the following type of activities:
  ⚬ Learning / knowledge acquisition (self & coached) ⚬ Acquire new skills - IT & Non-IT
  ⚬ Skill practice
  ⚬ Research
  ⚬ Documentation
  ⚬ Configuration of software and hardware systems under supervision
  ⚬ Participate in any external events on behalf of FNP
▪ Report the status of activities to Reporting Manager
▪ Work closely with technical and business teams
