Introduction:

Innovation is a key factor for success in the marketplace. However, product introductions have mostly been incremental innovations, with dismal success rates. 'From concept to abandonment', product management is at the heart of organizational survival. The product manager is responsible for the overall health of a product, and often participates in decisions that affect changes in product positioning and design, the introduction of extensions. And much more … In short, the product manager has profit and loss responsibility for the product. This executive education program intends to walk you through the essential steps necessary to achieve this objective.
