Job Title:  AI Developer at RealX

Job Overview:
As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and intelligent agents that solve real-world problems. You should have prior hands-on experience building AI systems (such as recommendation engines, NLP agents, computer vision solutions, etc.) and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning or deep learning models.
• Build, fine-tune, or integrate intelligent agents using large language models (LLMs) or multi-agent frameworks.
• Work with structured and unstructured data (text, image, audio, tabular).
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve models based on feedback loops.
• Maintain clear documentation of architectures, experiments, and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working on AI/ML projects, preferably in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python (essential).
• Experience with one or more ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or LLMs (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Familiarity with deploying models via REST APIs, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Comfortable working with data pipelines, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience using Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Knowledge of LangChain, AutoGPT, or agent-based orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning foundation models.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps workflows.
