Job Description - We are looking for a skilled operations manager to oversee daily operations and processes for our company. The operations manager will ensure that the company’s operations are efficient and effective and that all processes are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience managing operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of lectures.
• Focus on student and faculty satisfaction.
• Establish connections with speakers and industry professionals.
• Conduct alumni and industry knowledge sessions.
• Plan and execute convocation ceremonies.
• Manage program delivery, planning, and scheduling.
• Conduct evaluations and ensure timely project completion.
• Continuously work on cost control and optimization.
• Improve the quality of delivery.
• Create an event calendar plan and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain campus decorum and monitor student performance.
• Organise outreach events and generate leads.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Analyse operations and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and clients
• Review operational processes and recommend changes.
• Implement strategies to enhance product and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the operations team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an operations manager or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with operational procedures, financial management, and budgeting.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
