Designation: Customer Care Executive

Prerequisites:

• Must have excellent (verbal) English communication skills (Versant 4 and above) and strong Hindi communication skills with no MTI
• Should be flexible with rotational shift (Fixed 9 hours shift every day)
• Owning personal computer (i3/i5 processor, 8th generation with minimum 8 GB memory, Windows 10 OS with updated Anti-virus along with DLP) with UPS. Broadband High-Speed internet (20mbps+)

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate/UG
Experience: 0-2 years customer service experience.

Job Description: Handle the queries and concerns of the customers over outbound calls and update details on the computer.

Compensation:

• Salary: INR 12700 for Freshers and INR 17000 for Experienced resources
• Additional Incentives: INR 1600 per month for personal computer + UPS + Broadband Internet
