Job Overview
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support (Application support)
- Should be available on phone / in person as per the assigned shifts hours for supporting applications / products
- Act as the initial point of contact for all applications / product related concerns from clients or other employees
- Respond to customer inquiries, Interact with clients to analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose application/ product problems and take accountability for incident management
- Install and configure applications / products on the identified hardware
- Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in followed during support
- Providing accurate and regular update in the ServiceQ tool regarding the Service Tickets
Location:
- Thane/ Pune/ Hyderabad/Delhi/ NCR/ Bangalore
Work Duration
- 6 day working and 1 day weekly off as per roaster. Should be flexible as per job requirement.
- Travel may be required for meetings/ troubleshooting.
Remuneration:
- CTC of 2-2.50 lakhs p.a. Negotiable based on candidate’s level of experience
