Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to design, develop, and optimize LLMs.
• Implement and experiment with various machine learning and deep learning techniques to enhance the capabilities of LLMs in understanding and generating human-like text.
• Contribute to the training and fine-tuning of LLMs using large-scale datasets and advanced neural network architectures.
• Participate in the design and execution of experiments to evaluate the performance and quality of LLMs, making iterative improvements based on results.
• Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in natural language processing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to integrate novel approaches into LLM development.
• Collaborate on the development of tools and frameworks to streamline the training, deployment, and evaluation of LLMs.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to LLM performance, training convergence, and generation of coherent and contextually relevant text.
• Optimize LLM models for deployment in various environments, including cloud services and edge devices.
• Contribute to technical documentation, codebase maintenance, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experienc on working with natural language processing, text generation, and language understanding.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including neural networks, embeddings, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with advanced language models such as GPT, BERT, or similar.
• Experience in training and fine-tuning neural networks for natural language tasks.
• Solid understanding of linguistics, syntax, and semantics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work creatively on challenging technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team and present technical concepts effectively.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and software development best practices.
• Publications or projects demonstrating contributions to the field of natural language processing or machine learning are a plus.
