About Job:

• Designation: Manager - Corporate Relations & Sales for mUni Seagull
• Candidates with relevant experience in Manpower resourcing firms, Corporate Sales, etc. can apply.
• Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors / Masters any stream can apply
• Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Building strategy for making mUni Seagull the de facto platform for campus recruitment worldwide.
• Communicate with Campus recruitment teams, and talent acquisition teams over LinkedIn, phone, zoom, and email for fixing meetings/demos.
• Meet in person or over zoom with Campus recruitment teams, and talent acquisition teams and demonstrate how mUni Seagull can transform their campus recruitment/ early career hiring.
• Create proposals to suit clients' requirements
• Onboarding corporate recruiters on the seagull platform for managing their campus placement and internship requirements.
• Organize and participate in campus recruitment, HR events, and webinars for awareness in the market.
• Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with your customers: Corporate, Universities, and Colleges.
• Maintain strategic relationships with Corporate, Universities, and Colleges.
• Get regular feedback from clients & Competition and pass it to the product development team for enhancing the features.
• Meet revenue targets.

If you have prior work exposure in any of the following jobs you will get a preference:

• Placement/ corporate relations department in any reputed university/ college
• Experience in selling HRMS solutions to enterprises
• Experience in selling online job portal solutions to HR heads
• Experience in staffing and recruitment sales
