Role: Digital Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build CRM solutions
• Hands on experience of PHP development, exposure to vTiger CRM development would be a plus
• Conceptually aware of CRM and its workings
• Maintain documentation pertaining to CRM Modules, Flows, Platform configurations and best practices
• Integrate solutions with multiple platforms
• Manage production support issues
• Desirable Mysql Database, Knowledge of cloud platform
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Responsible, responsive, proactive, willing to help, ready to resolve issues.
• Strong analysis skills; Ability to learn new technologies; Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing activities
• Ability to leverage MS Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
• Experience on working with open source CRM platforms like vTiger
• Version control like Git
• Knowledge of security concerns and best practices
• Knowledge of web or visual design, plus user experience best practices
• Hands-on coding experience is a must

Location: Pune/Mumbai

Work Duration: Monday to Friday; should be flexible as per job requirement

Education: Any graduate, with digital certifications (a must)

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT Industry with PHP code development background, vTiger experience is desirable

• Third party libraries like React or Angular or Node
• Programming Languages and Libraries like Ruby, PHP, Python
• DB – MySQL, MongoDB
