Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Sales Manager to expand Assessfy’s reach across both educational institutions and corporate clients, building strong relationships and driving adoption of our assessment solutions for skill enhancement and recruitment.

Job Title: Sales Manager – Assessfy (Institutes & Corporate Sales)
Reporting: Director, Assessfy and mUni Campus

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development for Educational Institutions:
    • Engage with universities, colleges, and training institutes to introduce Assessfy as a platform for students' skill development and employability enhancement.
    • Collaborate with academic institutions to help them implement the Assessfy platform for conducting regular assessments and mock tests for students.
    • Conduct product demos and informational sessions with institute faculty, administrators, and placement officers to showcase the value of Assessfy for students' career preparation.
    • Develop tailored proposals for academic institutions to drive interest and adoption of Assessfy as an integral part of their students’ learning journey.
  2. Corporate Sales & Client Management:
    • Reach out to talent acquisition teams, HR departments, and campus recruitment managers in corporate organizations to showcase the benefits of Assessfy’s assessment solutions.
    • Conduct meetings (in-person and virtual) with corporate clients to demonstrate how Assessfy can streamline their hiring and assessment processes.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop proposals for corporate clients to align with their specific hiring and evaluation needs.
  3. Strategy & Market Engagement:
    • Identify new market opportunities for Assessfy in both the education and corporate sectors, and formulate strategies to capture these opportunities.
    • Represent Assessfy in educational and HR events, career fairs, and webinars to increase awareness and engagement.
    • Actively follow up with clients to gather feedback and provide it to the product development team to continuously improve the platform.
  4. Client Onboarding & Account Management:
    • Oversee the onboarding of new educational institutions and corporate clients, ensuring they are well-trained and comfortable with using the platform.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing support, guidance, and solutions to their inquiries.
  5. Revenue Target Achievement:
    • Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets from both institutional and corporate clients.
    • Track sales progress and update reports on leads, conversions, and client feedback regularly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in EdTech, SaaS-based platforms, or corporate sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
