Job Title: Asst. Manager - Career Management Center(CMC)
Reporting: Director, Aegis School of Data Science

Position Overview: The Asst. Manager of the Career Management Center (CMC) at Aegis School of Data Science will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the school's mission and vision to support the career development of its students and alumni. This includes working closely with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders to create opportunities for internships, job placements, and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the CMC that aligns with the school's mission and vision.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and alumni to create opportunities for internships, job placements, and networking events.
• Create and manage a database of job and internship opportunities for students and alumni.
• Organise Campus recruitment drive for graduates of PGP in Data Science, PGP in AI
• Maintain 100% campus placement record
• Leverage the Aegis Graham Bell Awards, Data Science Congress, Aegis People Analytics Conference, and Deep Learning Summit events for the growth of Aegis
• Position the institute as the preferred choice for AI, Data Science, and Analytics hiring
• Develop and deliver career development workshops, seminars, and networking events for students and alumni.
• Provide individualized career counseling to students and alumni to help them identify their career goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
• Collaborate with other departments within the school to create and execute programs that support the career development of students and alumni.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in career management to continuously improve and update CMC's offerings.
• Provide regular reports to the Director of the school on the CMC's activities and outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors / Masters in any stream
Experience: Freshers/Interns
Passout candidates from 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 batches can apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
