Frequently Asked Questions

What does it cost to nominate? +
The nomination processing fee depends on your company's annual revenue (Levels 1-6). It ranges from ₹25,000 ($350) for early-stage startups to ₹95,000 ($1,200) for ₹100 Cr+ companies, plus 18% GST. See the full fee table in Terms & Conditions below. Fees are non-refundable and do not influence the jury.
How long does the nomination form take? +
About 10 minutes if you have your basic details ready: company name, category, innovation summary, team profile, and supporting files (project deck / case study / comparison sheet — PDF or PPT). You can save partial drafts and return to complete later.
Can my company submit multiple nominations? +
Yes. A company may nominate multiple innovations across different categories. However, the same innovation cannot be submitted in multiple categories — each nomination needs its own form and fee.
How are nominations judged? +
An independent jury of senior industry leaders evaluates every nomination on merit. Shortlisted candidates present live for 10 minutes followed by 10 minutes of Q&A on Zoom. All sessions are broadcast live on AGBA's YouTube + LinkedIn channels (you can opt out by emailing the team in advance).
Do I get something even if I don't win? +
Yes. Every nomination that passes the initial administrative screening receives the AGBA Innovation Star Certification — formal recognition that your innovation has been independently evaluated and recognised, regardless of whether you take home a final award.
Who do I contact for help with my nomination? +
Email nominations@bellaward.com or use the live chat on this page. Any changes to a submitted nomination must be requested within 15 days of submission.

Nomination Guidelines · How to Apply

  • Any changes to a submitted nomination must be requested within 15 days by emailing nominations@bellaward.com.
Jury & Evaluation · How You'll Be Judged
  • All innovations are reviewed and validated by an independent jury.
  • The evaluation consists of a live presentation on a virtual platform (e.g., Zoom) where you will present your innovation for 10 minutes, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session.
  • All jury presentations will be broadcast live on AGBA's official YouTube and LinkedIn channels. Participants who do not wish for their session to be live-streamed must inform the AGBA team via email before their presentation.
  • Nominations must be submitted in English. Videos in other languages are accepted if they include English subtitles. Translators are permitted during the jury presentation.
  • If the jury identifies false or misleading information, the nomination will be disqualified.

  • Every participant will receive the AGBA Innovation Star Certification, ensuring all credible innovations are formally recognized.
  • The selection of winners and finalists for the Aegis Graham Bell Awards is entirely based on the independent judgment of the jury.
  • Submission of a nomination does not guarantee winning an award.
Promotion & Media · Use of Information
  • By submitting a nomination, participants agree that public-facing information (including details of the innovation, innovator, or presenter) may be used by AGBA for promotion across digital, print, and live media.
  • If any company wishes to refrain from having their innovation featured in social media or other media posts, they may request this via email to the AGBA team.
